of Joy Yoga is going green!
I just purchased beautiful eco-friendly mats from a mom-owned
company called LotusPad.
I will be using these mats from now on at all
CT schools. Stay
and Play, the children's play space where I'll be teaching,
has ordered their own! No more toxins for these kiddies!

Family Center. Lani teaches the kids while Rosey teaches
their parents! They have also done a few spa days for
the women in the shelter. |
