FOJY offers fun and unique parties & events that your child will enjoy. Your child can choose a theme if they want and also has the option of choosing a craft. As FOJY is not a studio, the party host will need to rent a space or offer their own home for the party.
Full of Joy Yoga offers:
- A 30 or 45-minute yoga class
- All necessary materials for the yoga class – FOJY will provide yoga mats, eye pillows, props, and music & craft items.
The party or event host will need to:
- Obtain parental consent for all guests – Each child’s parent must sign a waiver permitting his/her child to participate in the yoga class.
- Host the party in a suitable space – You’ll need a room or outdoor space that is large enough for each child to roll out a yoga mat and to move about freely. If you are in the New Haven area, Full of Joy Yoga has partnered with Your Community Yoga Center as a space. You can contact them here.
Pay the required fee of
- $70 for a 30 minute class for up to 20 kids
- $85 for a 45-minute class for up to 20 kids
- Optional Crafts: $150 – $250
- Optional Goodie Bag Items: $1 – $7 per person

Craft Choices
Suggested ages 4-7
- Mindful Glitter Bottles – fill plastic bottles with glitter glue, water & glitter. Decorate with stickers. ($7 per person.)
- Eye Pillows – Fill a sock with seeds, beans or rice. Decorate with fabric markers. ($10 per person.)
- Breathing stick/bracelet – String a pipe cleaner with beads to use as a breathing tool. ($5 per person)
- Magic Wands – decorate cut out stars and attach to a dowel.
($150 for up to 12 kids, $10 for each additional kid.)

- Diffuser bracelets – The kids make beaded bracelets and we add lavender oil to one of the clay beads, so they can smell the lavender for days/weeks to come as a calming tool. ($12 per person)
- Dream Catchers – The kids will use paper & yarn to weave their own dream catcher and then add feathers & beads to the hanging strings.
($10 per person.)
Suggested ages 7-11
- Diffuser bracelets – The kids make beaded bracelets and we add lavender oil to one of the clay beads, so they can smell the lavender for days/weeks to come as a calming tool.
