Happy new year everyone! What a whirlwind these last few weeks have been! As the year winds down, I love to look back on what I accomplished as well as make new goals for myself for the new year. I have lots of ideas & dreams for myself for this year. I have a few big things happening for Full of Joy Yoga which I’ll share soon! It always takes me a few weeks to figure out what I want for myself personally and professionally so I start thinking about it at the end of the year and figure out how to incorporate those new goals for myself as the year begins. Is this thing on?? Well hello there! It has been quite a while since I’ve written on this blog, but it is part of my 2015 goals to write here weekly. I have so much to share and this is a perfect place. Since January is always the start of resolutions and goals, I wanted to share what I’ve learned about writing goals and I’ll share a few of mine. Sharing makes you more accountable – it’s something I’m learning!I’m always checking out biz ideas for the yogipreneur (as yogis who own businesses are called) and I learned about doing this thing called a “brain dump.” It’s basically taking everything that’s in your brain, and writing it down.
