in the New Year

Happy new year everyone! What a whirlwind these last few weeks have been! As the year winds down, I love to look back on what I accomplished as well as make new goals for myself for the new year. I have lots of ideas & dreams for myself for this year. I have a few big things happening for Full of Joy Yoga which I’ll share soon! It always takes me a few weeks to figure out what I want for myself personally and professionally so I start thinking about it at the end of the year and figure out how to incorporate those new goals for myself as the year begins. Reflecting on a Passing Year

As the year ends, it’s nice to take the time to think about all the good things that happened – we tend to focus on the challenges and hard times. So here it is, my top awesome memories of 2010- 1) Traveling out west for a month which included: ~  my sister’s wedding in Beaver Creek, Colorado ~ good friend’s wedding in Sonoma, CA ~ my sister’s bachelorette party in Las Vegas ~ road trip through the desert & LA with my sister-in-law 2) Losing our cat Bandha was sad, very sad. But we then rescued a cat we named Beans who was super sweet and loved our new home.
