Mindful Yoga Breaks Workshop: Mindfulness-Based Interventions for Clinical Practice
During stressful and uncertain times, mindfulness and calming techniques are critical for children to be able to self-regulate. This workshop will explore the many benefits of yoga and mindfulness techniques, and how to utilize them for clinical interventions with children ages 5-12.
