Beginning October 1st, Lani from Full of Joy Yoga & Susan from Budding Buddhas Kids Yoga invite you, your children and students to join us for daily yoga and mindfulness exercises. We will provide you with daily videos, led by some of the biggest hearts in the Kids Yoga field (as well as their kids yogi friends from around the world!). These short videos will showcase easy-to-learn yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities. We can’t wait to celebrate Mindfulness Month with you and your family!
