Beginning April & October 1st (in 2017 we launched this project!), Lani from Full of Joy Yoga & Susan from Budding Buddhas Kids Yoga had invited you, your children and students to join us for daily yoga and mindfulness exercises. We provided you with daily videos, led by some of the biggest hearts in the Kids Yoga field (as well as their kids yogi friends from around the world!). These short videos showcase easy-to-learn yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities.
