Hooray! It’s Earth Day!
When I teach the kids about Earth day, we always talk about what it means (being kind to the Earth) and how we can do that. Should we only care and think about the Earth one day of the year? NO! of course not. But the Earth deserves a celebration and recognition day too. Now more then ever it is important to teach this generation what it really means to care for our mama Earth. The month of February is always a great time to teach a little LOVE Yoga. We celebrate what we love about ourselves as well as think about those in our life who give us so much. It’s a great time for the pause to stop and think about what makes us happy. Also allows us to show our body some gratitude for what it does for us each and every day.
